A) On All offers and orders at Drezina, these terms and condition apply.

A) In accordance to European law, products can be returned without given reason by notifying us within 15
days after receiving the products provided the products are unused, in their original undamaged packaging
and in a ́as new ́ sellable condition. After notifying us within 15 days you have another 15 days to get the
products back to us. The customer is responsible for the shipment costs made to send the product back to

F) Returning customized products like gloves with your logo on it is not possible.
G) After receiving a return and if conditions A,B,C and E are met, the purchased amount will be transferred
back to the customer’s account. Drezina will strive to do this within 5-10 days with a maximum of 14 days.
You have the right to change the product for another in stock product at the same price when conditions as
mentioned in article 7 are met.
A) The delivery and shipping times as mentioned by Drezina are an indication. Delivery times exceeding
these indication to not give right to discounts or claims/compensations.
B) Product will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving of payment.
C) Drezina will always inform customers of eventual changes to their orders. However, Drezina cannot be
held responsible for messages which do not arrive at the customer due to incorrect e-mail addresses entered
by the customer.
E) Your order will be shipped by Drezina in cooperation with GLS, DHL or another logistics service.
10) Proprietary rights
Drezina is the owner of all products until the order-amount has completely been transferred to Drezina’s bank
account. Drezina holds the risks regarding products until the product has been delivered to the customer.

12) Damage or Dead on Arrival
We make every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality and deliver them to you in perfect
condition. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or
incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us at
email@example.com (with pictures of damage) within 48 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with
your order, please refer to our return policy.
